Summer Holidays

Located on the ground floor is the largest apartment within the villa. Accommodation comprises a large terrace which runs across the front of the apartment. A spacious kitchen/living/dining welcomes you as you enter, and one double bedroom with a double bed and another two double bedrooms with two twin beds each. The apartment also has a utility room and two family bathrooms ( one with walk-in shower only and the other with a combined bath and shower). The property is ideal for the elderly or guests with limited mobility. From this apartment to the pool and pool deck, there are 15 steps.

The indoor pool is not accessible during the summer months.

Winter Holidays

We also offer a heated indoor pool for the winter months and a games room to enjoy all the year-round. The heated indoor pool is available at an extra charge and we kindly ask you to enquire in advance.

Cancellation / Prepayment

Deposit required to confirm a booking is 35% of total amount

2nd payment of 35 % deposit is required 90 days before arrival date

3rd and final payment of 30% is to be paid on arrival in euros cash.

It is advised that as soon as you have paid your 1st deposit you take out a travel insurance

A Damage Deposit of 100 euros is also to be paid with the 1st deposit payment. This is returned back to you after your departure when we check the apartment for any damages.
